What I love about December

December is my favourite month of the year. It has always been so since my memories beings. When I was in school, it was the long holidays that I was always yearning for. Now, it is the lack of school kids and the substantial time saving from commuting to work that I adore. Thoughts of crowded buses, the need of squeezing through the bus aisle to alight, non stop giggling and chatters scares me now. I will definitely miss my peaceful bus journey where I could really sleep soundly throughout.

I dread January.....

Changing Life

Funny thing about being a blogger...after you do it for awhile, it becomes second-nature to share things that many would find too personal, particularly for (possibly) hundreds or thousands of strangers.

With that being said, I'd like to apologize for my long absences from this blog lately. I found it easier to say nothing than to try and find things to write about OTHER THAN the one thing I've been keeping to myself.

The End of the World

Reading the newspapers yesterday, I couldn't help but have a sense of foreboding.. that something bad is gonna happen soon in the world around me. This is contributed by news on South Korea, North Korea, Japan, China, US... then comes another thing; the WikiLeaks information that came out, creating a negative mood amongst countries!

Let's just pray that things will be alright and we will be safe.

Journey

I'm a 20 something daughter, sister, friend, girl friend and so on. Who is living the simple life and loving it! I have an amazing family & awesome friends! I am walking down this road called life which winds and turns and sometimes drops unexpectedly but all the while, I'm holding fast to the faith that is my anchor. Since childhood, I've had a big imagination and big dreams but I find myself living out a somewhat normal (whatever that is) life. More & more the Lord has shown me that He is the true adventure in life and He alone gives a life worth living. This is the journey of my life; me finding Him in the small stuff too!
